Chicken roll
Ingredients
2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon basil
2 small garlic cloves
200 g Feta cheese (or other type of cow or sheep soft cheese)
2-3 bunches of parsley
2-3 bunches of dill
4 teaspoons ‘’ELIA” Extra Virgin olive oil
Cooking Instructions
Flatten the chicken breasts. In a blender, mix the chopped spices, olive oil and cheese. Spread the mixture on each chicken breast. Roll up and tuck in ends. Wrap each chicken roll in aluminium foil. Boil for 10-12 minutes. Remove the foil and slice the rolls. Sprinkle with Extra Virgin olive oil.
