MUSTARDS
“ELIA” Mediterranean mustards are natural products, without any artificial colouring. For their production are used only pure natural ingredients, typical for the popular Mediterranean cuisine.
The classic mustard recipe is upgraded by using:
- HONEY instead of sugar: honey is rich in enzymes, minerals and vitamins, that cannot be found in sugar.
- BALSAMIC instead of wine vinegar: balsamic vinegar has much stronger antioxidant properties than the traditional wine vinegar.
- EXTRA VIRGIN olive oil instead of other cheaper and not so healthy oils: the high content of monounsaturated fats and vitamins in Extra Virgin olive oil and its healthy benefits, make it the most preferable vegetable oil.
